The Village, in cooperation with the Maine Obsolete Auto League (MOALS), produces this anticipated annual event. Approximately 150 vehicles will be participating, in the largest gathering of MOALS in Maine.

The event attracts cars from early era of motoring in the 1900s to special interest cars of the sixties. Antique, classic and vintage automobiles and their owners will offer a fascinating experience in the context of the museum exhibits of early rural Maine life. There is no additional admission charged for this very special event. Museum members are admitted free.

On Saturday starting at 2:00PM a fund raising auction will take place in the Town Hall at the Village. Many gift certificates and unusual items will be offered for bid at this unique and fun auction. A partial listing of items includes boat cruises, lodging, gift certificates for meals, lodging, prints, and the museum is still accepting donated items. The auction is free to all. Come get a bargain and benefit the historic preservation efforts of the Museum.

Sunday includes a glorious antique auto parade through Boothbay Harbor starting at 1:30PM. The Parade route will be Route 27 to Oak Street past the Fire Station then up Townsend Avenue and back to Route 27. The Library lawn is always a popular viewing stand.

There will be live musical entertainment from Gabe Tonan and refreshments available during the event. Model T rides may also be offered in addition to the museum’s narrow gauge steam train rides.
